Publication Ethics and Malpractice Policy

The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has provided the well practiced Publication Ethics guidelines for all its approved Journals. Pakistan national journals follow the guidelines of HEC.

The Pakistan Journal of Engineering, Technology, and Sciences(PJETS)  upholds the highest standards of scholarly publishing, where authorship adheres strictly to PJETS criteria, peer review remains impartial and rigorous, and any complaints or appeals are managed directly by the Editor-in-Chief. Authors must disclose all conflicts of interest, while data sharing is strongly encouraged to promote reproducibility. Ethical approval is mandatory for studies involving human or animal subjects, and any form of misconduct—including plagiarism, data fabrication, ghostwriting, or citation manipulation—is strictly prohibited.
