- Paper is returned to authors if domain and quality does not meet the initial review done by the Editor in the first step.

Peer Review Policy
The journal operates a double-blind peer-review procedure. To make sure this, authors should submit the article without their particulars, such as authors' names, institutional affiliations, contact information, and references to authors' own works in order to conceal their identity. The particulars of reviewers are also kept anonymous from the author(s) for the double-blind peer-review procedure.
Only those manuscripts that have not been previously published or submitted to another journal are considered for evaluation.
Editor evaluate preliminary check for plagiarism using Turnitin software and for the alignment with the journal's scope. The plagiarism report must be overall less than 19% , must be less than 5% from AI source and individual source .
The Editor conducts this evaluation without considering the ethnic origin, gender, citizenship, religious belief, or political philosophy of the authors.
A fair double-blind peer review process is employed for the selected manuscripts. The selected manuscripts are sent to at least two reviewers, (one national reviewer and one international reviewer) for evaluation, and the final publication decision is made by the Editor after considering the modifications made by the authors based on the reviewers' feedback.
